3. Orders & Payments
- All prices displayed are in AUD (Australian Dollars) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
- Payment must be made in full before or at the time of service or product delivery.
- We accept major payment methods including cards, digital wallets, and other approved payment gateways.
- Once an order or repair is confirmed, cancellations may not be accepted once processing has begun.
4. Repairs & Warranty
a) Repair Services
- Our technicians perform repairs with due care and skill using quality parts.
- In some cases, third-party or compatible parts may be used (unless otherwise agreed).
- Device functionality is tested before and after repairs.
b) Repair Warranty
- Most repairs include a warranty period (typically 30–90 days) covering parts and workmanship.
- Warranty does not cover:
- Physical or liquid damage after repair
- Tampering by third parties
- Software issues unrelated to the repair performed
- Normal wear and tear
c) Data Responsibility
- We recommend backing up your data before submitting your device.
- We are not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or software issues during the repair process.
5. Sales of Devices
a) New Devices
- All new products are sold with the manufacturer’s warranty, subject to their terms.
b) Used & Refurbished Devices
- Pre-owned or refurbished phones are tested and graded before sale.
- Warranty terms for used devices vary depending on the product and will be specified at the time of purchase.
- Cosmetic wear, minor scratches, or normal signs of use on pre-owned devices do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
6. Returns & Refunds
- Repairs: Once a repair service is completed, refunds are only available if the same issue reoccurs within the warranty period and cannot be resolved.
- Product Sales: Returns are accepted only for faulty or defective products within the warranty period, subject to inspection.
- Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
All refund or replacement requests must include a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from our products or services.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.
- We are not responsible for loss of data, SIM cards, cases, screen protectors, or accessories left with devices.
8. Customer Responsibilities
By submitting your device or placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are the legal owner or authorized user of the device.
- The device is not stolen or illegally obtained.
- You have removed all SIM cards, memory cards, and confidential information (or understand the risks if you don’t).
9. Website Use
- You agree not to misuse our website or engage in unauthorized access, data scraping, or any activity that disrupts service.
- Content, logos, and materials on our site are owned by PRC Repair and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
10. Promotions & Offers
From time to time, PRC Repair may offer promotions or discounts.
All offers are subject to specific terms and may be withdrawn without notice.
