2 Nearly Premium Very close to Premium — might have one or two tiny marks. Phones in this group can easily fit in either Premium or Excellent category depending on light wear.
3 Excellent Very good condition. May have very minor scratches or small dents but nothing major. Normal wear and tear marks only.
4 General Condition Not too scratchy, but will have small micro-scratches or light wear in random places. Overall phone still looks good and clean.
5 Scratchy May have scratches on frame, camera ring, back glass, or even on screen. Fully functional but visibly used.
6 Replaced Screen For phones that have marks on screen or have the screen replaced.
